JOHNSON’S® Tonight We Sleep™, 7-day Challenge

Hi Ladies & Gents,

I'm sure you guys have been seeing on my social media that I decided to partner with  JOHNSON’S® Tonight We Sleep™, 7-day Challenge.  I was a little skeptical about taking this challenge as I have had a harder time with Ayden, much  more so than I did with Annabelle. While no two babies sleep alike, JOHNSON’S® 3-Step BEDTIME® Routine multi-sensorial is clinically proven to help babies fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer, so I figured why not try it out. I have to say putting Ayden on this routine helped me a lot just in the short time of 7 days. I can see his sleep patterns changing for the better especially after step one, he sleeps a lot longer. My son prior to using this would only sleep an hour to two two hours the most. Now He sleeps 3-4hrs at a time.

Check out the steps I used below and make sure to download the app.

JOHNSON’S® 3-Step BEDTIME® Routine JOHNSON’S® BEDTIME® Baby Sleep App

Step 1: A warm Bath- "A bedtime routine, including a warm bath, helps baby know it’s time to sleep. JOHNSON’S® BEDTIME® products contain a special blend of gentle and calming aromas designed to help soothe baby before bed." My Son loves bath time and I found by doing this he was way more relaxed and ready for bed.

Step 2:A Soothing Massage: "A massage, as part of a bedtime routine, can help baby sleep better. Familiar and pleasant scents can make baby feel happy and relaxed and lead to better well-being by enhancing baby’s mood and emotions." My son loves a nice massage after his bath, it calms him down so much. and gets him ready for a nice long sleep.

Step 3:Quiet Time: "The moments before bedtime are an opportunity to help baby wind down through quiet time activities such as reading, singing or listening to music."My son loves music so the lullabies on the app are a perfect way for him to calm down while I get annabelle ready for bed as well.

 Tonight We Sleep™ Lullaby

JOHNSON’S® 3-Step Bedtime Routine, including bath, massage and quiet time, engages the senses and gives baby a better night’s sleep. Inspired by the Routine’s third step– quiet time – when mom helps baby wind down, JOHNSON’S® created the Tonight We Sleep™ Lullabies.

Overall the app is helping me and even giving this mommy some extra needed sleep, which in turn makes me happier and less irritable to my husband, lol. I definitely would recommend this for anyone having trouble putting their baby to sleep.  I also put my little tweaks in to suit my child, so make sure you trust  your mommy instincts and go with what works for your baby. For example I used all the tips above, but I know my son likes to feel like someone is holding his face so instead I used a little blanket and that works for me. Let me know if this helped any of you.

Peace & Love,

Lissette
