Coachella Family Travel Tips
When it comes to traveling with your little ones many avoid the concept all together, things can get chaotic and overwhelming, but I say if you plan ahead of time you can save yourself a lot of the headache. Planning ahead, can make all the difference in the world on your trip and the first step is packing.I just came back from travel to Palm Springs for Coachella with the little ones and wanted to share how not listening to my packing self didn't pay off. Usually I make a checklist and the one time I didn't, I forgot my son's nebulizer and he end up getting sick on our trip. I was upset with myself that I didn't write my list, but lesson learned and that's why I do it. I also didn't bring extra clothes for my daughter on the plane and sure enough her little bladder released itself all over me. It's one of those moments where you just have to say fuck it I am a mom and shit happens. I do things for a reason and being prepared with the kids is a must for me, and these mishaps proved it to me.
There is one more week of Coachella so if you are heading there I also wanted to share my essentials that you need when heading into the desert. It's a long day, so it best to be prepared. You are doing a lot of walking and if you are paying for general admission tickets and parking your car is not close at all, so be smart. If you decide to make it a family trip like I did, here are some tips for the whole crew.
