Getting back to Me
Hi Loves,
The last post I shared I was in a major funk and to say I am entirely out of that funk would be a lie, but I promise I am getting there. See the key is knowing what's causing the issue of your anxiety or simply whats stressing you. For me, it's merely not having my space to decompress. Can you imagine coming home from a stressful day at work and having just as much work to do at home, plus dealing with a blog and two toddlers? Well that has been my life day in and day out for the last 5 months. Sometimes I love to think I am super mom, but we all have some form of kryptonite and mine is my anxiety. Stepping back and focusing on myself is helping. My good friend Shareen reminded me of writing down my list again and crossing things out as I accomplish them. The gratification of crossing things off my to-do list has been helping me. Sometimes these little things that you forget to do can make a significant difference in how you feel and how your day goes.
Now that things are being accomplished I feel like I can now start to share with you guys again, and now that my closet is complete I can start to put things away and get rid of boxes, can I get an AMEN!!!! Anyway, I want to say thanks for sticking around and understanding. I promise I am getting back to me. I plan on creating fun content for you this summer so stay tuned.
