Sun Room Reveal
Hi Babes,
I am so excited to share my sunroom with all of you. I know I have been talking about it for so long, so it is everything for me to be officially complete with it. I know all of you have been dying for the reveal as well, so here she is.
What I envisioned in my head was a relaxing, Tulum style vibe, and I think I nailed it. I wanted a room that looked inviting and a space that the whole family could chill in. A lot of you ask how I think of the decorating ideas in my head, and most of the time, it's an element that starts it's off. For this space, the tile was what began the room idea. Once I had the tile, I knew I wanted neutral colors to tie it all together. I also knew that I would be changing the dining room to black and white decor because when we eventually renovate the kitchen, the colors would be black and white. Once every space is complete, it's going to look amazing, but for now, I will enjoy this area for the rest of the summer.
A comment I would get from some of you is, "OMG, how are you going to fit all the stuff you are buying in that room because it doesn't look that big." I guess it's a gift, but I honestly can envision how a room will look with the things I buy, and I always have my handy dandy measuring tape with me at all times. I would find items and hoard them in my garage, knowing I would eventually use it to fill this space. I honestly have been dying for this particular space to be complete because I wanted an area with natural light that I could sit and read or even work. We have beautiful lighting in our living room, but that is an area that is a no sit zone. This sunroom will be on my socials quite often this summer because I don't think I will want to leave this space.
