Chic Momma featuring Henri Bendel
Hi Ladies & Gents,
I hope you all enjoyed this beautiful weekend. I took advantage of the nice weather we had in New Jersey and shot some looks, including this one. My body is not 100% back to what it was prior to having my son, so picking outfits to wear is still a challenge because none of my pants fit fully. As a woman it can be challenging getting use to your new body after pregnancy even if others think you look great, you still feel sometimes that you are not at your best. I know its going to take time to get back to being me, but I am ok with how I look. I however officially started working out with a trainer this week, so stay tuned for my journey to a healthier life.
Picking out this outfit was easy because I worked around my accessories. This bag from Henri Bendel is everything! With the elegant turnlock closure you will find smart pocket design and the signature Henri Bendel hardware, feet, and the removable and adjustable crossbody strap complete the perfection of this compact luxury handbag. These booties were a must have, when I saw them on my favorite website Public Desire I also purchased them in beige so stay tuned for a peak at those.
Once I knew I was going to wear my booties and handbag it was easy to pair it with boyfriend jeans, a leather jacket and bodysuit. I'm sure all of you have seen that chokers are back in style and growing up in the 90s I'm all for this trend. This bodysuit actually has the choker connected and I love it. I purchased the bodysuit from Fashion Nova and jeans from H&M.
